@STRIP (object)

Strips off all groups and objects attached to (object), leaving
(object) intact, or removes all members of (object) if (object)
is a group, leaving the group intact.

Any member of an owner-group can @strip the owner-group.
Players can @strip themselves; only gods can @strip other players.
