Topic: Autos -- Automatic Success/Fail Messages
There are two kinds of exits...
DIRECTIONAL exits that move players around and COMMAND exits that don't.
Say "Jane" uses a directional exit named "North through the gate;north;no;n"
Auto-Fail: You can't go that way.
Auto-Success: (none)
Auto-Osuccess: Jane goes North through the gate.
Auto-Ofail: Jane tries to go North through the gate
Say "Jack" uses a command exit named "Wind the watch;Wind watch".
Auto-Fail: You can't do that now.
Auto-Success: You Wind the watch.
Auto-Osuccess: Jack Winds the watch.
Auto-Ofail: Jack tries to Wind the watch.
Auto-messages can be overridden by explicitly declaring them.
Auto-Omessages don't appear to players who can't see the exit.
