EMote (player) [(player) (player)] = (action)

Emote is a cross between "PAGE" and ":"

Beggar types:
emote TheDuchess = cheers as you pass by him.
TheDuchess sees:
You sense that Beggar cheers as you pass by him.

A bit of practice is the only way to master this command.

Page (player) =: (action) is now an accepted syntax.
Multi-emotes are not designated as such to the recipients.
