Only Zeus (player #1) may set player's GOD flag.
Gods are much like Wizards, except they have more power and can't
be affected by Wizard actions. Gods control all objects on the
mud. Only Gods can set players Wizard; only #1 (Zeus) can set
players God. Gods can set their Wizard flag on or off at will; #1
can set his or her God flag on or off at will.
